Hi, I'm Leah Sil with Keller Williams St. Pete.
I started my real estate career over five years ago because I wanted to help people, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, so I bring a positive mindset, clear communication, and a little fun to the process. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and supported from start to finish.
My friends and family say I live in a “sunshine and rainbows” world, and I try to bring as many people along with me as I can. I take my work seriously, but I believe even the challenging moments are easier with someone who stays positive and helps you find a way forward.
I moved to St. Pete from Pittsburgh six years ago in search of more sunshine and a place where there’s always something to do. While I still miss the trees, seasons, and hiking, I’ve found my home here.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my dogs, out on the boat with my husband, going to the gym, reading, or renovating something in our home. Most of my favorite things involve a little sunshine, and St. Pete gives them a pretty great backdrop.
